The Deluxe Room is a treat for a solo traveler with enough space to chill comfortably. It had a solid air conditioning unit that worked perfectly, keeping the heat outside where it belonged.
I ran into some issues. Room 403 is right above the market, which can get uproariously loud starting at around 5 AM. It’s not ideal for late risers or anyone seeking peace after dawn. Plus, if you're in Room 302, it's fairly cramped and without windows, which can hinder that fresh air vibe. I also noticed the electricity setup was questionable with tape on plugs near the lavatory. If you're luckier with rooms, you might find something better, but be ready for some risk, like the noise level from reception or an odd positioning of the elevator stopping two floors below your room.

the ac was somewhat efficient, unlike the cleaning, which was an absolute joke. dirty towels, ants in the bathroom, and did I mention the delightful 5am market next door? I woudl ve been satisfied with a room upgrade, but instead, I was left to deal with these ''charming'' inconveniences. I almost left a good review, but couldn't.

We had a mighty time here, especially with the staff being so grand and helpful! The location's perfect, just a hop away from Ho Guom Lake. Bit noisy early in the morning though, with the market across the street. But, overall, we loved it!

The Deluxe room offered a cool retreat with efficient air conditioning, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff stood out as exceptional, providing assistance with travel arrangements and showcasing a genuine willingness to help. Nestled in a vibrant alley, the location was lively with street food options, though the morning market noise did intrude slightly, so earplugs are advisable. The included shower door was a nice touch rarely found in budget accommodations. Crisp salads were a refreshing dining option, making meals enjoyable.

Just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Hanoi with good value. The staff was helpful in arranging local transportation options. Pack earplugs to manage street noise at night.

Great spot with awesome staff!
Had such a nice stay! The staff were super helpful, always ready with suggestions for things to do. I loved that they arranged my trips and even made sure I got picked up from the airport when I arrived. The only hiccup was the heating in my room, but they sorted it with extra blankets. The breakfast options were solid too!
